For your protection, we require that the billing and shipping address match the address that is on file with the credit card issuing bank.
If you wish to ship your order other than your billing address, please make a payment on Paypal.
For international orders, your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate at the time of shipment.

ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail acknowledging your order. By acknowledging your order, a binding agreement is entered into. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the acknowledgement of the order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
We are no under no obligation to accept orders for items that are priced incorrectly in their respective webstore listings. Although we will try to maintain accuracy for all listings throughout the Monitaly website, there may be discrepancies and we may not fulfill orders for items that are priced incorrectly.
We may also refuse to process and accept an order for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Orders are shipped within two business days of order acknowledgement.
Once shipped you will receive tracking for your delivery.
During busy sale periods, please allow extra time for processing and delivery goods.

International
We offer flat rate shipping cost for shipping destinations outside of the United States.
Shipping rates of $20-70 depending on weight range of package and destination.
Free international shipping on orders over $400. Use code “FREEINTL”.
Shipping time 5-10 business days.
All charges for customs clearance, taxes or duties payable are the responsibility of the recipient. We can not provide estimates for these charges.
Shipping provider will contact you as the receiver directly to make payment for duties and taxes before goods are released. Please be aware if you refuse taxes or duties and return goods to sender the cost of the return postage will be deducted from your refund amount.
Returns
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help with our hassle-free returns policy.
1. Returns Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Please make sure the original tags are still intact.
Goods should be placed in the plastic bag to protect it from damages during transit. No tape is to be attached directly to the product’s packaging.
We will not accept a return without the original receipt.
2. Returns Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@monitaly.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number in the Subject Line and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s).
Please securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and any accessories, and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
*We do not accept returns on Sale items.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless a mistake has been made by us.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange at info@monitaly.com. Exchanges are subject to availability
The product(s) you are exchanging must be returned to our warehouse within 10 days (20 days for international orders) of having received an exchange authorization.
If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available, we will process a refund for the returned item(s) according to our returns policy.
In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
We kindly remind you that returns or exchanges must adhere to the conditions outlined above. Any returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria may be declined. In such cases, the package will be returned to you at your expense, and regrettably, a refund cannot be granted.
